yard has not been mowed, dangerous, AND trash throughout yard; disputes whether it was ever mowed this summer
The back yard is completely grown up and now has all kinds of animals living there.
A citizen called in and stated that there are a few bags of trash on E. 2nd Street at the intersection with Mitchell Street. The trash bags have been sitting on 2nd Street for a couple of weeks. The trash has blown down the block and some of it is sitting in front of 1608 W. 2nd Street. The citizen would like for someone to go and take a look at the problem.
At the house owned by Mrs. Cuffy across from 1608 E. 2nd St. there are branches and Vegetaion cut that are lying on the yard and partially on the sidewalk. The same problem exists at the corner of 2nd and Mitchell facing east side dr. Mr. Pipher would like for whoever does the complaint to call him and let him know who is responsible for the branches.
