Citizen states that the trash cans are left on the sidewalk all of the time and that trash is often scattered.

There is trash everywhere and junk cars have been parked in the drive way for over a year and never moved.
Resident cuts his grass and puts the grass trimmings in a trash can and sets out on Wednesday afternoon (trash pick up on Friday).
Trash and weeds all over the back back yard.
Lots of junk (washer & dryer; glass window between the fences) behind the trailer.
Caller says the refrigerator is still on the back porch of this property. Says inspector must have went to the wrong address.
Junk vehicles parked on the property is an eyesore for the whole neighborhood. Caller would like to see it cleaned up.
There were two cans of trash put out on Sunday. The regular trash day is on Friday. The complaintant says that they do this all of the time.
Weeds and grass not mowed behind property in the 2 foot strip owned by the warehouse, which they were to maintain. This warehouse extends from Grimes to Hillside Drive. Owners have not mowed entire length of warehouse. GIS shows warehouse (2'x885' strip of land) owned by Crosley Bldg. Corp., 209 N. Main St. Ste. 2B, Lima, OH 45801.
Residents do not remove trash cans after trash pick up on Tuesday a.m. This is Friday and the cans are still there.
