Residents living at 202 E. Dodds leave their trash cans on the sidewalk every day. Some trash has spilled over onto the sidewalk. Caller stated that 7 rats have been killed within a 2 day period.
There is trash everywhere around the trashcans and on the sidewalk. It is the same way at the house beside 202 east Dodds.
caller says the grass is very high and that they have seen rats jumping in the grass.

Front and back yards are a foot tall.
Grass 4' high at Blue Sky Vet located at 2050 S. Walnut St.
east, southeast side of subdivision overgrown, never mowed, awful to look at and dangerous, too

A TREE HAS BEEN CUT UP, AND THE LIMBS WERE PLACED BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND THE ROAD.
There are 8 bags of trash sitting outside and has never been picked up.
