The neighborhood of Elm Heights is a mess. At the intersection of University and Park, the weeds and bushes cover sidewalks on both sides of the streets. Along Park, bushes cover sidewalk on both sides. Also, the NE corner of Park and 2nd St. the bushes cover the sidewalks.

This property at 726 E. University shares a parking lot with 700 S. Park (on the back side). They have some sort of private pickup there, but the kids never put it out for pickup, and as a result, there is all kinds of open garbage left piled up in the back and on the side. Please call complainant with progress.
