Dodds St.---1st alley West of Morton St. Several years ago, B & L Roofing put several large/huge rocks in the alley which makes mowing the weeds/grass impossible. Ms. Burch also said that the drainage problem South of Dodds St. has not been taken care of. Please call Ms. Burch if above locations are unclear.
