Four or five floor-type televisions, trash, etc. in front of unit #516 for approx. three weeks. Complainant not sure about unit #, but said that the mess can't be missed.
trash & recycling bin have sat out for days. Big storm last week blew barrels out onto 2nd st., could have caused accident, north corner house, or next house.
yard is completely junky. tiny one room house. grass unmowed. There is also a house further down the block, where Mulberry bushes growing outside the fence, next to street, interfere with ability to get out of driveway. only house with fireplace. owner has refused to cut bushes. Can we cut them?
1304-1312 S Lincoln has trash, boxes, tree limbs behind garage. Trash behind property. 1300 S Lincoln throws his grass into the alley.
junk car in yard at 1010 S. Manor Rd., grass unmowed, junk in yard, big piece of plywood leaning against house for a year. Another house on street, next to last house on block, is an eyesore, grass unmowed, impossible to miss.
The back yard and side yard have 8-10 vehicles parked on the lawn. Complainant stated that there are usually 6 vehicles parked there, but now there are more.
There is loose garbage (unwrapped & unbagged) in garbage cans, not covered by lids, being scattered. Garbage cans are left at curb all week.
House has junkyard appearance, trash on front porch, old van & green station wagon in yard, neither have current license plate or run., grass unmowed. There are 2 or 3 apartments in house.
Large tree was badly damaged in an accident last weekend. Tree is in tree plot on north side of 2nd street (2nd & Ballantine). She thinks tree is salvageable but may need care, would like it looked at asap. Barbara is President of the Elm Heights Neighborhood Assn. She would like a call after it's been looked at.
