Citizen was told by Planning Dept that this area is city property and should be maintained by city. She would like the weeds taken care of and for someone to call her one way or the other.

REPORTS THAT ABOUT A YEAR AGO THE NEIGHBOR AT 909 E UNIVERSITY CUT A BUNCH OF TREE BRANCHES ETC DOWN AND PILED IT AT THE BACK OF HIS GARAGE BUT ON THE PROPERTY OF 911 E UNIVERSITY. IT HAS ANIMALS IN IT AND IS STARTING TO DETERIORATE HIS GARAGE. WOULD LIKE IT REMOVED.
