Citizen says a tree has fallen in her yard which she thinks the city is responsible for, and also that her lot was skipped when trees were being planted, all her neighbors have them except her. Students leaving trash in front of the house (on the bank), and on the front porch for weeks. The back yard is full of trash.
Residents have parties and throw bottles into the street (broken glass); trash cans are left on the sidewalk all the time; parking on the lawn.
There are three (3) big gas grills, lawn chairs and rubber pipes in the yard. Mud and straw are in the drive. He drives an old car. Lawn needs to be mowed.

Suitcase laying in the empty lot between 510 & 516 S. Mitchell. The suitcase is open and full of clothes.
Residents who live on West Dodds between 603 and 515 W. Dodds Street leave their trash at the curb all the time. Sometimes tags are attached and sometimes not, so their trash is not picked up every week.
The second house on Wilson Street (going East) from S. Walnut Street has trash piled at the side of the house.
Lots of trash bags piled by the house on the alley side. Some bags have been torn open.
