Caller lives next to Bryan Park. She called on 9/22 to report a lot of trash at the park. She was told it would be taken care of immediately (see action#6691). She says there is still a lot of trash! Talking about the Park & Ride area.
THERE IS TRASH CANS AND RECYCLE BINS THAT SIT OUT ALL WEEK IN THE STREET.
Large vacant lot on S. Walnut St. Pike, just south of Willow Manor Apartments, has not been mowed all summer. Ms. Unger said that she filed a complaint two weeks ago but owner, Jeff Jones, has not mowed yet.
Citizen upset that street crews did mowing/trimming in alley/Karen St. to east of her property. She has been maintaining the area & had it looking really nice.
Trash in basement, carpet stains, insects, no storm windows, poorly vent system. Overall poor condition of apartment. Mr. Mampilly can be available to meet with any inspector any time before 12:00 p.m.
HIGH WEEDS NEED TO BE CUT DOWN, AS ITS A PROBLEM DUE TO WILD ANIMALS HANGING IN THEM. AS I SAW A GROUNDHOG COMING IN AND GOING IN THEM. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON ALL SUMMER.
Excessive amount of garbage piled up in the alley behind this house. The garbage has been sitting there for a while now and needs to be removed as soon as possible.
Citizen says a tree has fallen in her yard which she thinks the city is responsible for, and also that her lot was skipped when trees were being planted, all her neighbors have them except her. Lee: This was a message & I haven't spoken w/her yet to get the full story. Would you let me know if this downed tree is ours? Also, I'm assuming the developer put in the trees in Kensington, not us? In the alley between Opie Taylor's and Ferris Market - trash, weeds and dead animals. People also use the alley as a bathroom facility.
