CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS IN THE DRIVEWAY FOR OVER 7 MONTHS.
Residence has not been mowed and is not currently occupied.

House was recently demolished, but there is still yard remaining (both private and City right-of-way) that needs to be mowed. Grass is very long, but landlord needs some "nudging" to get him to maintain the property. Perhaps a large fine would encourage him to be a better steward of the properties he owns (?)

This property is overgrown with tall grass and also invasive plants such as 'tree of heaven'.
