This neighbor consistently refuses to mow his lawn each year and will only mow it once in August. His weeds have now gotten well above 8 inches and are becoming a mosquito den. Thank you for the help.
Neighbor has received warnings about yard these past few weeks, but has still not dealt with excessive growth.

There appears to be a massive area of the near backyard of this home that is viewable from the street and potentially being shared to the yard east of this property and undoubtedly more of the golden bamboo.
Yard has not been mowed this season.
Officer Eric Dunn from the Indiana State Police called in and stated that the sidewalk next to BRI'S property on the west side of the street just north of the RR tracks is very overgrown with vegetation.
