I’ve noticed non native plant species on this City parcel and would like to know since we have been working on similar plant removal and treatment along the B Line who might be be ones to inquire of addressing the bush honeysuckle, wintercreeper et al on this triangler parcel just a few parcels from the back parking of Opportunity House. We attended the football game on Saturday and walked through this complex at 1425 N Dunn. The trash is atrocious and you can't even walk on the sidewalks because of the overgrown landscaping. I have attached a few photos of the grounds, and this is just a portion of the trash. This is an embarrassment to Bloomington and also to guests from out of town that see this mess. If you could please advise!

The house at 902 W Cascade Ave is a duplex and is to right of my property (which is 910 West Cascade Ave). It has been months since the yard has been mowed on the side next to my front yard. The weeds are over 8 inches tall, there is a fallen tree in the back, and a generally unkempt appearance to the whole duplex. Thank you.
