Grass needs to be cut. Trash in back yard.
junk car in yard at 1010 S. Manor Rd., grass unmowed, junk in yard, big piece of plywood leaning against house for a year. Another house on street, next to last house on block, is an eyesore, grass unmowed, impossible to miss.
There is loose garbage (unwrapped & unbagged) in garbage cans, not covered by lids, being scattered. Garbage cans are left at curb all week.
Large tree was badly damaged in an accident last weekend. Tree is in tree plot on north side of 2nd street (2nd & Ballantine). She thinks tree is salvageable but may need care, would like it looked at asap. Barbara is President of the Elm Heights Neighborhood Assn. She would like a call after it's been looked at.
Trash cans left out at street all week.
Mr. Costello reports illegal dumping behind the warehouse located 423 S. Washington St. He reported that the dumpster is locked, but that someone has dumped 10 bags of trash on top of the dumpster. Mr. Costello thinks that the dumpster will be emptied again on Wednesday.
Illegal dumping (3-4 bags of trash) in K & S Country Market dumpster. Name found on trash is: Jennifer Mary Theisen, 612 E. 1st St., telephone 323-2612. Three other girls names also found with the same address. Four female residents living at 612 E. 1st St.
Remodelling (installing partitions) & abandoned refrigerator in front yard.
