Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Large amount of Japanese knotweed growing on rear of property. Japanese knotweed is aggressively invasive. It is spreading to nearby houses.

Call about a number of houses along Joy and Jed Streets. Yards have not been mowed, including back yards which are visible from the street. Also yard has tarp on lawn killing grass (not sure if that is allowed)
