Old vehicles and all kinds of junk, etc. around the house at 2421 S. Broadview Dr. Property is owned by George Crider.
House has been vacant since last summer. Occupants threw trash and boards from garage into back yard. Grass has not been mowed this year. House is an eyesore. Garage is falling down. Haven for rodents.
Trash sitting at the side of the house is flying everywhere. Animals are digging through the bags.
Grass needs cut at SW corner of Cherokee & Rogers.
City owned property East of 298 Country Club; next to the railroad; has not been cut. Ms Rose says this is a continuing problem every summer.
fence row at 400 Country Club Dr is overgrown and not taken care of. Pearl would like a call from the person who looks at this fence row. Pearl has called back to see if anyone has looked in to it.
Grass is almost knee high. House is vacant, but Town & Country has a "for lease" sign in the yard.

The residents at 512 Ralston Dr. are dumping grass clippings in the alley.
