Sherri Demming says this properties weeds are encroaching onto her property and coming over the fence. The property has changed ownership and agents, which at this time we do not know who the agent is. Alice Jwaideh owns this property.
There are weeds and trees are overgrown on to the sidewalk. This blocks the sidewalk.
Grass & weeds.
This is the corner house on the Hunter side the sidewalk is nearly impassable due to the overgrowth
FOUR BAGS OF TRASH WITH TAGS WERE LEFT BY A CLEANING SERVICE. TRASH BAGS ARE JUST OFF THE STREET, NEAR THE ALLEY. WOULD YOU PLEASE PICK IT UP? THANK YOU
Students leaving trash in front of the house (on the bank), and on the front porch for weeks. The back yard is full of trash.
Brush pile in an abandoned alleyway behind 418 E. University St. has become a fire hazard. See info. attached from complaintant & mayor's office.
Alley behind this property full of yard clippings, tree limbs etc. Skunks, racoons, snakes, opossums, & probably rats live in this. Complaintant said they have complained before but "no action from the city". See attached letter from complaintant for more info.
