The house on the northwest corner of Faculty and Hunter have extremely overgrown weeds blocking the entire sidewalk. The home at 700 S. Highland (Southwest corner of E. University and S. Highland) has extensive overgrowth of weeds and tree branches into the sidewalk on S. Highland. The sidewalk has become impassable in some spots and damaged in others. Probably worth a visit by the city, and a citation.
