She had called in a couple of weeks earlier about the problem with shrubs overgowing on the sidewalk making it difficult to walk along. Nothing has been done. Checked reqpro, request was entered 8/3/09.

From Citizen e-mail: 401 Swain. The problem itself is around the corner on Atwater: overhanging branches which beat one in the face when one walks on the sidewalk.

On the north side of E Cottage, in the middle of number 805 (the house is to the right, a vacant area is to the left, but it's all 805) there is poison ivy on a tree on private property near the sidewalk.

The citizen runs through this area each morning and there are bushes in front of 403 that obstruct the sidewalk making it very difficult.

Grass is knee-high, degraded sidewalk is treacherous, nasty couch sitting on porch and trash bins laying around out front. The place is an eyesore.
