Hi can you please get this to the right person? House next to mine is rental but tenants moved out weeks ago and owner/management co has not mowed the lawn and it's crazy long! Bamboo is unmaintained and out of control. It is also spreading to neighboring yards.

This neighbor consistently refuses to mow his lawn each year and will only mow it once in August. His weeds have now gotten well above 8 inches and are becoming a mosquito den. Thank you for the help.
