Yard not mowed .. again.. Tsmarack and North Dunn. Right at Meadowood entrance. Limestone house looks empty.. yard a disaster. Thank you

I reported Tall Grass/Weeds at 3521 & 3523 S. Burks Ct. 47401, about July 10, 2025. Case# 204132. When I checked on the case, (because mowing has not been done), it says the case is closed as of 7/18/2025. That was 4 days ago. How long do you give the tenants/owners to resolve this issue? The back yard of 1005 w 11 th St face w Cottage Grove and it's over grown and is starting to take over the sidewalk also weeds are growing along the curb. This area needs to be cleaned up soon because there is only one sidewalk.
