I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Plants on SW corner of lot have overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is now impassible.

The house across from ours has excessive overgrowth. We can tell that the bugs are overpopulating in this area because of it. Our landlord has let us know it has now been like this for over 10 years.
