Yard is overgrown, never mowed, about to engulf house.

There is a vacant lot next to my home at 1015 E. Keri Marie Lane, that has a great deal of overgrowth all along my property line. The attached photo is one example where the growth overextends my fence and is creeping into my own vegetation. Please eradicate this overgrowth. There appears to be a massive area of the near backyard of this home that is viewable from the street and potentially being shared to the yard east of this property and undoubtedly more of the golden bamboo.

Neighbors lawn hasn't been consistently mowed this year. Kind neighbors have mowed the back. The front has yet to be taken care of. Resident is aware that it's a problem.
