The overgrown yard is also creating safety hazards, such as blocking sidewalks, obstructing visibility for drivers, and attracting pests, including rats and raccoons. overgrown yard might be violating. The overgrown yard is affecting the neighborhood's appearance, property values, and quality of life for residents. Neighbors have complained numerous times, but the city doesn't seem to address the issue with this yard.
