Corner of Swain and Atwater, on Atwater: tree branches hanging over the sidewalk, making it impossible to walk on sidewalk without being hit in the face by the branches.
When will I finally no longer need to step into someone 's yard or into busy Atwater Street because of very low-hanging branches of a tree in the yard of the Swain/Atwater corner house?
Doris indicated brush in right of way at 1019 E. Thorton Dr. Dee, please take a look if anything you can assist with there. Otherwise, let me know and I can have Planning check on their end.
Going towards the Mall, on E Second Street, past the intersection with Woodscrest, before the 'wavy wall' starts: trees encroaching on the sidewalk, walking there might be unpleasant because you may get hit in the face by branches.
Not sure what one to choose. But 505 n smith his a mess out front with junk. Ty.
The sidewalk by Mr Hibachi on East Third street is obstructed by a large bush. Pedestrians have to walk in the street where the cars leaving Mr. Hibachi can't see the pedestrian. It is dangerous for the pedestrian.
2900 E. Winston Street. Shrubbery is seriously overgrown onto the sidewalk causing one to walk single file.
Clark Miller 334-1129, 2748 E Elderberry was told when the Sare/Rogers roundabout went in that the City's ROW adjacent to his property would be maintain by the City. He says that is not happening and now the area is very overgrown. It is like this with several other properties in the area as well.
For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. Thanks!
