The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. The overgrown yard is also creating safety hazards, such as blocking sidewalks, obstructing visibility for drivers, and attracting pests, including rats and raccoons. overgrown yard might be violating. Poison Ivy is growing onto his property from the adjacent property on N. Walnut, the Highpoint commercial property.

Clark Miller 334-1129, 2748 E Elderberry was told when the Sare/Rogers roundabout went in that the City's ROW adjacent to his property would be maintain by the City. He says that is not happening and now the area is very overgrown. It is like this with several other properties in the area as well.
