She had called in a couple of weeks earlier about the problem with shrubs overgowing on the sidewalk making it difficult to walk along. Nothing has been done. Checked reqpro, request was entered 8/3/09.
From Citizen e-mail: 401 Swain. The problem itself is around the corner on Atwater: overhanging branches which beat one in the face when one walks on the sidewalk.
The citizen runs through this area each morning and there are bushes in front of 403 that obstruct the sidewalk making it very difficult.

"Will you please let an Officer know that at 403 N. Walnut on the south side of the building, bushes are growing over the sidewalk making it difficult to pass. They need a warning ticket and follow up. Thanks!! Susie"
Between 8th & 9th Streets on Fairview weeds have taken over the sidewalk. Citizen states that she has to walk into the streets because the sidewalk is impassable.

Received email from Ron Arthur - I would like to report a couple of places where brush and limbs are growing over the sidewalk and it is difficult to walk, especially when cars are parked along the street. Also check 409 S. Linclon.
Street Dept. called with a complaint from Mr. Bell. The weeds/flowers/stuff is growing out of the fenced yard and onto the sidewalk.
