Residents at the NE corner of N. Washington St. and 10th Street are leaving their trash and recycables on the sidewalk on the north Washington street side.

They have two mounds of trash on the sidewalk that needs removed. It causes a rat problem/
Residents living at 202 E. Dodds leave their trash cans on the sidewalk every day. Some trash has spilled over onto the sidewalk. Caller stated that 7 rats have been killed within a 2 day period.
There is trash everywhere around the trashcans and on the sidewalk. It is the same way at the house beside 202 east Dodds.
Bushes have grown over the sidewalk.
Shrubs stick out so far into sidewalk that it forces someone walking to walk in the street on a busy street. Children use this sidewalk - close to schools.
There are trash cans left on the sidewalk all the time.
