The property across from her house has bags of trash and glass containers in the yard. They do not use trash stickers on the bags and they have them just sitting there. Also, the property next to her has two bags of trash on the sidewalk that has been there for approximately 3 weeks. They do not have trash stickers on them. They people seem to do this on a regular basis.
