Southwest corner of 9th and College has overgrown weeds and tree brances block the sidewalk.
They haven't mowed the grass or cut the weeds ( they are over a foot tall), they also have a recycle bin out on the sidewalk w/ trash around it.
The hedges are 10" over the sidewalk . Aller wants them off of the sidewalk completely.
Neighbor states that resident leaves their trash/cans out on sidewalk for at least 2-3 days before trash pickup (which is on Fridays). The yard needs to be mowed and there is a car that is parked in the front yard all the time. The neighbor stated that the resident is new to the area and needs to know City policy on these issues.
The corner house on 4th and Jackson streets has fireplace logs in the middle of the sidewalk. They have been there now for over a week. Also, the house on Jackson, next door, the owner planted trees in the alley.
