There is a fence down on the Atwater side of this home. It's a mess in a highly traveled area. Thought I'd send it your way for your staff to address. Thanks, Mick Renneisen Deputy Mayor City of Bloomington 812 349-3569 Office

We are located at 2909 E Buick Cadillac Blvd. - Dr. J. Blue Davis's dental office. The property adjoining ours appears to have been abandoned and we are noticing that the landscape is becoming overgrown with plants, grasses and weeds. Also, the fence is the back of the property is beginning to fall down. Is there anything that the City can do to keep this property from becoming an eyesore for the other businesses on our street.

The office told they would not be cutting the bushes below because there is a nest of snakes. Left msg at landlord office of appt. at 3:00 on 7/2/2010
Oakdale Square has significantly cut back on maintenance activities, including lawncare, although they have continued to raise rates. Current grass height exceeds 8 inches, even 12 inches, in many locations and encumbers quiet enjoyment of lawns and common areas. Leasing office is aware, but they have reduced the frequency of regular lawncare.
