weeds overgrown, spilling into the sidewalk, "thwapping" the elderly when they walk by
Trees and shrubs around property need to be trimmed, obscuring line of sight, covering "STOP" sign, spilling over into sidewalk
utilities worker called to say grass and weeds are growing over the sidewalk from the back yard

Excessive growth onto the sidewalk, not able to pass and stay on the sidewalk. This spot is the northwest side of the lot, same problem on northeast side.
Sidewalk is blocked with overgrown grass and weeds along the sidewalk on Thornton.
The sidewalk is hard to use due to plant overgrowth and children attending Binford and Rogers have to walk or ride bikes on the uneven grass in order to get to/from school.
From countryview apartments to countryside lane, caller stated there is a ton of brush and trash under the pine trees near the sidewalk.
Neighbor has allowed bushes in front yard to grow excessively, and sidewalk has not been cleared of large sticks, etc, forcing pedestrians to move off the sidewalk to pass by. Hate to complain about stuff like this but when you pay to be in an HOA its nice to be able to walk on your sidewalk (:
