Weeds growing out into sidewalk -- interfers with walkers.
Weeds are over growing in the fence row onto the sidewalk.
Not sure of address - might be both houses - but the shrubs on the north side of the properties here have grown large by the sidewalk and make it difficult to navigate without stepping to the side and walking on the grass. Definitely not ADA compliant at present.
New sidewalk (S. Woodlawn next to Carlisle Co.) looks great but plants are growing over the sidewalk forcing pedestrians to walk in the street.
lot east of 1019 E. Maxwell Street has poison ivy growing out into the sidewalk.
Residents leaving trash cans on the sidewalk all the time. Ms. Craig is unsure who the trash cans belong to; possibly 1017 E. 1st St. or 1015 E. 1st St., which is a rental property (unregistered).
Excessive growth onto the sidewalk, not able to pass and stay on the sidewalk. This spot is the northwest side of the lot, same problem on northeast side.
There has been trash all over the front yard, sidewalk and now up and down the street.
The area to the South of Azalea behind the sidewalk is overgrown and needs to be trimmed back and grass cut. The area is partially wooded. Ms. Boeding did not know who owned this parcel.
