Theres is excessive growth of bushes and branches all over this lot. In the summer, there is poison ivy and the overgrowth blocks the sidewalk. There is also a dead tree leaning towards the neighbouring house. This is a concern because a tree next to this one fell during the December storm. out on west 3rd street at the intersection of 3rd & yancy, there's a vacant business building, & the yard hasn't been mowed yet this year. i think it used to be "B&L communications". as i walk by the front on the public sidewalk, the weeds are up to my waist. one time recently after dark, i could tell there was an animal scurrying around in there, but i couldn't see what it was since it was hidden. felt scary to walk by there, but i have to because of my situation with where i live & work.
