Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. Shrubs are completely blocking the sidewalk. They need to be trimmed. It is not my responsibility, but I have cut most of the limbs around Ridgefield neighborhood so neighbors can walk on the sidewalk. I reported this 3 TIMES last year, and ZERO RESPONSE!!!!!!!
