This location is probably outside the city, but could you please relay the information to county. In addition to the overgrown branches, the sidewalk conditions just North of the overgrowth is in need of repair in 2 different locations. I'll send a couple more photos with a duplicate report. Trash at the bottom of the driveway. Rumpke cans with trash overflowing onto the street. Trash cans regularly stay on the sidewalk, and residents keep adding trash.

the lot just south of the Happy Car Car Wash on College Mall Rd. is overgrown and the sidewalk is almost covered with crown vetch. Tall weeds also overhand and brush up against pedestrians.
