every year has to complain about weeds, waist high, property next to hers, it is owned by the city, she has her tent party in the beginning of August, must have yard mowed by then, should be mowed more than once a year
tree down is blocking alley way, shrubs and brush make it difficult to get access to alley behind house, also tree on utility line overgrown to point of scraping vehicles trying to use the alley
Citizen stated that there is a vacant lot on the south side of the street near the dead end of Chambers Drive that has not been mowed in several weeks.
High grass in the back yard. The front yard is all flowers and rock.
Not AT this address (which is the complainant's) but in a neighboring yard is a brush pile or overgrown shrubbery that is causing a line-of-sight problem.
