A pile of trash (approx. 10 feet long) in the back yard by the sidewalk.
Residents do not use trash tags, leave bags of trash laying around and it strews all over the neighborhood. It's always a mess. Problem has been going on since 1989. Landlord should be made to put a stop to it.
Grass is unkept some trash behind the house. A contractor recently began work on the guttering and painting then quit. The contractor (Randy Richardson) told Mr. Eisenberg that the interior of the house is filled with trash, newspapers, etc. Mr. Eisenberg is concerned that this is a fire hazard.
Lots of trash and litter behind the house.
The yard at 519 S. Woodlawn has yet to be mowed this year, and was only trimmed once with a hand trimmer last year. The grass in the back yard is at least 2 feet tall and growing. HELP!@?!
THERE ARE TRASH BAGS STACKED UP AT THE SOUTH WEST CORNER OF THE HOUSE.
This house is extremely trashy. There are junk piles everywhere.
THERE ARE TRASH BAGS PILING UP IN THE FRONT OF THIS HOUSE. THIS YARD IS ALSO VERY UNKEPT.
There is a slope behind her house which borders a drainageway and Bryan Park. Invasive weeds are overgrown along this slope. Citizen was told by Planning Dept that this area is city property and should be maintained by city. She would like the weeds taken care of and for someone to call her one way or the other.
