UP THE ALLEY ON MADISON TO ROGERS..OVERGROWTH OF WEEDS & BUSHES CREATING A LINE OF SIGHT PROBLEM. ALSO JUNK CARS PARKING IN THE ALLEY. SHE WOULD ALSO LIKE OFFICER TO CHECK THE WEED OVERGROWTH ON MADISON AROUND THIS ADDRESS.
He and his neighbors have always mowed grass past their property line in area that may be City easement. People to north of him have stopped mowing. Grass is tall with weeds & rubbish. Particularly behind 1005 S. Grant & 1006 S. Palmer. Please advise Mr. Livingston as to who is resp. for this area.
The grass needs to be cut.
At 1008 or 1012 W. Kirkwood Ave. there is a truck full of trash by the alley. The gargae is still horrible.
