Citizen says trash has been laying by the alley (between Lincoln and Grant) at this location since last year. Recently, yard waste has been added to the pile. Current tenants say it is not their trash, therefore not their problem. Citizen says landlord has not been cooperative.

The grass istoo high - " 2 feet tall"
THE GRASS IS 6 FEET TALL AND THERE ARE WILD ANIMALS LIVING IN IT. IT IS LIKE A SWAMP.
Mr. Hanna called to state that the owner of the property of 700 E. Grimes Lane has not moved his lawn and it's very high.
Grass needs mowing and limbs are going into alley way.
Behind 1204 S. Washington is trash, couches, carpets. One of the rentals back there has dumped this stuff. Not residents of 1204.
There is a house which is located on S. Fess (2nd house off Grimes Lane; or 2 houses north of 1220 S. Stull) which has two old pickup trucks without doors, and an old hauling trailer in the back yard. This junk has been there at least 6 months, and the resident keeps adding items of junk.
