There is a dumpster that is placed by 727 & 729 W. Dixie Street. The dumpster is not emptied on a continuous basis. It is full now and the trash is blowing around the neighborhood plus there are skunks, rats, etc... that are rummaging through the trash. He has tried to talk to the landlord to no avail.

They have some sort of private pickup there, but the kids never put it out for pickup, and as a result, there is all kinds of open garbage left piled up in the back and on the side.
