Boxes behind Talbot store improperly stored which leads to boxes blowing out on to the street and the alley.

Talbot's leaves their trash & boxes stacked up behind bldg. Wind blows trash into alley & all over the place. He has spoken w/mgr. of Talbot's but problem still exists. He would like Talbot's to get an enclosure of some type for their trash to prevent this from happening again & again.
