weeds, branches and brush running over into alley, scrapes cars, makes visibility difficult

The lot/vacant land located behind 910 S. Manor Road needs mowed or bushhogged. Ms. Morris stated that this land is owned by the City according to Planning Dept.
There is a slope behind her house which borders a drainageway and Bryan Park. Invasive weeds are overgrown along this slope. Citizen was told by Planning Dept that this area is city property and should be maintained by city. She would like the weeds taken care of and for someone to call her one way or the other.
The grass /shrubs are overgrown. The property was recently sold to Joseph Hickman, Rental information is not updated.
West of 910 E.2nd.
Believes this is the property address, could be 913. Back of property to drainage ditch is waist high with weeds. Needs cut.
An elderly lady called to say the house next to the address above, which is her apt. complex has a hedge/bush that is very over grown. She has to pull out half way into the road before you can see oncoming traffic. She has almost been hit twice.
From 909-923 S. Hawthorne the grass in the yards is very high. THe caller lives on Ballantine and said these are all O.O.
