Complaint of large amounts of trash in yard.
Complaint of large amounts of trash in yard.
Residents living at 624 S. Fess put their trash on University Street along the tree row. They don't put stickers on trash so its not picked up; they just continue to add to the pile.
They keep their trash receptacle out in the tree row & they just add to the pile. They don't sticker their trash. Their recycling is also always out.
Mrs. Keys called to voice concern about the tax money citizens pay for students to have large items picked up. I explained to her our trash/sanitation system. She primarily called to complain about a large amount of weeds at 1001 E. 1st, and also weeds in the surrounding area that she thinks need to be removed. (No other specific addresses were given.)
Refrigerator in the back yard and house needs painted badly. Also, car pulling across sidewalk and parking in yard. Also over-occupancy complaint & unregistered rental complaint.
there are still weeds that need to be cut, this has been complained about 4 times.
Citizen says City came thru this morning and chopped down a bunch of bushes/trees on the corner of her lot. Mowed down a redbud tree that had fencing around it. No one contacted them - if there was a LOS problem w/stop sign, they would have had it cut.
there are still weeds that are behind her house ( on city property) for more info. see case # 9010
The lot/vacant land located behind 910 S. Manor Road needs mowed or bushhogged. Ms. Morris stated that this land is owned by the City according to Planning Dept.
