There is a large tree, split to the base that could blow over during the next wind. It's leaning into the house next door to complaintant, at 922 W. Orris Dr., which is vacant. He is handicapped, and wants to know if there is anything the city can do about the tree.
There is a split tree on this corner, from the last big storm. Half the tree is on the roof of the home at the southwest corner of Grimes & Stull, and the other half is still standing, although precariously. The home appears to be unoccupied. The limbs are obscuring the view of traffic.

City purchased property from her along Rockport Road for road improvements, along with a ROW option for three years (?). Area is overgrown, one bush is blocking visibility. Who should be taking care of this, and what is the deal on the road plans -- she runs a daycare and wants to put up a fence, but can't until the city tells her what they're going to do and where she can put the fence.
