There are weeds growing up at 11th and Vernal. It is on the southeast corner facing 11th St. They are starting to block the view of traffic.

Very high grass, has not been mowed all summer.
There is loose trash in front of the house, in back of the house, and between their house and their neighbors.
Weeds need cut in the vacated alley West of 916 S. Morton St. The weeds are growing out of a wall at 319 W. Dodds St.---1st alley West of Morton St. Several years ago, B & L Roofing put several large/huge rocks in the alley which makes mowing the weeds/grass impossible. Ms. Burch also said that the drainage problem South of Dodds St. has not been taken care of. Please call Ms. Burch if above locations are unclear.
Citizen says trash has been laying by the alley (between Lincoln and Grant) at this location since last year. Recently, yard waste has been added to the pile. Current tenants say it is not their trash, therefore not their problem. Citizen says landlord has not been cooperative.
There are weeds growing out of a wall that is blocking traffic.
Front yard was mowed a week ago. BACK YARD has not been mowed for two years. Elderly owner now piling trash and junk in the back yard. He also has a large dog chained in the back yard, and the smell of dog feces is very strong.
Weeds, trees, bushes have grown over the sidewalks on S. Henderson St. across from Timber Ridge Condos, and on Winslow Road; the sidewalk close to Winslow Plaza has overgrowth too.
Garbage cans have been sitting on the street since Monday, and animals have been in the trash and scattered it.
Was originally AO#5947. Tree limbs down near the pond/gazebo as you enter Winston St from Sare Rd (3100-3200 block). Citizen thought they were City ROW, Street Dept. checked - not city, private property (common area). Would most likely be Homeowners Assn responsibility. Original AO dated 7/29/97.
