Overgrown lot. East of summer house. North of vet And laser tag. On east Morningside
New grass and tress were planted all along the new bike path last year (along E Rogers Rd behind Winding Brook Ct). There has been no maintenance of this areas since last year and now the grass and greenspace is completely overgrown with weeds. Excellent work in repairing the bike path and walkway, but ongoing maintenance plan for the green space adjacent to the path is needed.
I reside at 2140 S Curry Pike. Property North of is unkept for 2 seasons now . There are dead critters popping up. Is this hazardous waste? The owner is very stand offish about up keep and questions about the wetlands he filled in
dead trees, large branches falling, does the city handle such problems
Two side-by-side lots - 3868 and 3872 E. Regents Circle - have lawn growth approach 12" high. The concern is not only for the neighborhood aesthetic, but that it will also attract unwanted insects and small animals.
811 and 908 S Larkspur have lawn grass in excess of 12 inches. 803 S Larkspur is now vacant and had trash left in driveway.
The vacant lot between 819 and 835 has not been mowed this year.
