The corner house on 4th and Jackson streets has fireplace logs in the middle of the sidewalk. They have been there now for over a week. Also, the house on Jackson, next door, the owner planted trees in the alley.
Citizen says a tree has fallen in her yard which she thinks the city is responsible for, and also that her lot was skipped when trees were being planted, all her neighbors have them except her. Excessive amount of garbage piled up in the alley behind this house. The garbage has been sitting there for a while now and needs to be removed as soon as possible.
