Kids are stacking garbage in their yards, at 125 E. 10th (drive), 613 N. Washington (limestone 2-story house) front, 203 E. 1 0th St (yard on 10th Street)
50 bags of trash left by previous tenants.
Illegal dumping in barrels on the square. West side of square - Todd Maurer & Matthew Burton & 100 block of 6th St. - 4 bags dumped - Michael Pollack. See envelope contents attached.
Traash improperly tagged and left at the curb beyond twenty four hours

Sanitation Employee noticed a large amount of trash placed in the City "green" trash barrels placed in the downtown area. It appears that residents, Bobby Hazan & Mark Sider in Apt. 11 are utilizing the city's green barrels for personal use.
City owned lot at the corner of Pinewood Drive and Pinewood Lane needs mowed. Caller lives next door and said that after the lot is mowed he would be willing to mow the lot when he mows his grass for a small fee.
Vacant lot needs mowed at Miller & Maxwell (on left side of Miller going south (?). Ms. Wright said that you can't miss it. Please note address if possible.
