Letter from neighbor very upset about all the trash on this property. Including a dump truck full of garbage has a bad odor, and attacks bugs and animals. Grass is high and the whole property is an eye sore.

This house completely neglects their yard all summer unless the city gives them tickets. Their landlord is useless and won’t take action unless threatened with fines. I take care of my yard and I’m sick of living next to this.

There are several bags of trash piled up in the alley behind 804 E. 8th Street. The citizen who called in stated that there used to be a dumpster, but it was removed.
