There is a dumpster that is placed by 727 & 729 W. Dixie Street. The dumpster is not emptied on a continuous basis. It is full now and the trash is blowing around the neighborhood plus there are skunks, rats, etc... that are rummaging through the trash. He has tried to talk to the landlord to no avail.

Rental property has bushes that needs trimmed. Rocks and mud fall onto the sidewalk from the yard. The lawn is only mowed once or twice a year. Trash and bottles in the yard. The mess continues to get worse.
